Big Gay Out Zone Partners

Kia ora koutou, Happy Pride! We feel incredibly privileged to once again be working with Burnett Foundation Aotearoa to bring you another successful Big Gay Out. ANZ has been supporting the Burnett Foundation with the kaupapa of ending HIV over a number of years and in various ways. Alongside our sponsorship of Big Gay Out, over the past few years our staff have pitched in with condom packing events, and got their sweat on to raise over $20,000 for Sweat with Pride.

  • While it’s a continuous journey, our ANZ Pride network is strong and we feel proud to be OUT AT WORK. We’re a workplace that not only welcomes diversity, we fully embrace and encourage it.

    In 2024 we:

    • Sponsored pride festival events in Tāmaki Makau Rau – Auckland and Te Whanganui-a-Tara- Wellington, and raised money for LGBTQI+ organisations through our Pride Network social events.

    • Participated in the Ōtautahi - Christchurch pride event, Walk of Support

    • Continue to run our Proud Colleague Campaign, giving rainbow colleagues across ANZ a platform to share their voice and inspire the community

    • Supported Pink Shirt Day across our corporate offices and branches

    • We’re delighted to be helping people and small businesses thrive at Big Gay Out 2025 through the ANZ Big Gay Marketplace. We can’t wait to see you there!
